You place at disposal a song by the name of Heya Heya as a Free download on your website for an association against children's poverty www.gegen-kinderarmut.de with headquarter in Germany which acts, however, also internationally and also play on the 25th of July, 2009 in the evening this title on the stage in the Brandenburg Gate as a Charity. Since when do you support such Charity projects?

Herman Rarebell:

I received this recommendation from a friend. The children where the parents have no possibility to supply this substantially financially or simply from a socially poor environment will become support from this organization. When I was a child, I did not have these problems. If I had them, however, I would have already been glad if somebody offers his help to me.

By our status, we are ready to help those kids. We meet them, play some music with them, and of course try to help them financially.

You have written Scorpions songs. Which ones?

Do you write all of your songs?

Herman Rarebell:

Every song that I write is normally used for my records, but sometimes I write some songs who did not fit with me or in my album. These are the kind of songs that I am ginving away to other interprets.

Are you still made friends with the Scorps or do you do with those also now and again once a Musicsession? Herman Rarebell:

Also, we are still made friends certainly. We have separated in the good. I do not see them unfortunately, any more so much as earlier where we were every day together, but we are friends still. The 6^th oh July 2009, I will be in Karaiskaki in Athens together with the Scorpions, in original cast to perform. With me Michael Schenker and Uli Jon Roth will also appear.

2 days previously, on Saturday 4th of July, a party organized by the Greek Scorpions fan Club in the Hard Rock Café, I will give an autograph session.

What Do you think from "done" music stars like so which come out from the superstar broadcastings in the tv programs?

Herman Rarebell:

Also, this is so a thing. I think, for example, Thomas Godoj is a very good singer. But I find that by this castings millions from young people get wrong information and perhaps even are directed in a wrong direction .

What is of your favourite Scorpions Album?

Herman Rarebell:

Also, there I have so 3 albums which I have particularly like, namely Blackout, Lovedrive and Love At First Sting. But the best one, is in my sense Blackout.

Back in the past: 1989, Moscow Music Peace Festival. Together with Bon Jovi, Mötley Crüe, Ozzy Osbourne, Skid Row, Cinderella, Extreme… you stand with the Scorpions on this stage. What do you have from recollections of this Event?

Herman Rarebell:

Finally, so good recollections, this was the last days of the communism in the USSR.

Couple of keywords: soldiers in the stadium, rock, freedom, SuperEvent. After the concert we went in Moscow through the Gorky park to the Hard Rock Café, and there Klaus (Klaus Meine) has explained to me that hehad written Wind Of Change here, in the middle of Gorky Park.

What is planned?

Herman Rarebell:

Firstly a CD by the name of Herman's Collection, since 1996 and my division with the Scorpions everything contains what I composed. Whether these are Soloacts or with my band, there you find everything on it.

In my current band are Juke James Jackson and Joey Council of Strike Force, and the singer Timexx Nasty.

At the moment there is such a trend rock reunite in original composition. How is it with it with the Scorpions?

Also how already said, we see to us next month in Athens. But, otherwise, nothing is still planned.
